The main event (demo, raffle, etc) is held in one of buildings at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds in Bozeman, MT. 

YES! The Bozeman Splitfest is totally free to attend, but to demo splitboarding equipment you must register. We highly recommend pre-registering in order to purchase a seasonally changing Bozeman Splitfest swag pack as well as stock up on raffle tickets. By pre-registering, you get a discount on all those goods.

It’s also worth noting that 100% of proceeds go to the Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center, so anything you buy from the Splitfest is helping ensure that we have high-quality avalanche advisories and community educational opportunities all winter.

Perfect! The Bozeman Splitfest is a great chance to get on a splitboard for the first time. With demos from some of the industries top brands, you are going to have some of the best gear possible under your feet. Also be sure to check out the Intro to Splitboarding clinic on Saturday during the festival!

We got you! Never Summer, Pallas, Venture, Tellos, Weston and more will all be on hand with splitboards for you to demo! Not to mention, we have around multiple splitboards in the raffle each year, so the chances are good that you’ll take home a board of your own! 

Demo returns are at the Gallatin Country Fairgrounds (site of the event). You can bring gear back Saturday night or Sunday between 2:00p and 5:00p. If you are early, please wait to drop off gear with the brand. PLEASE, plan your tour accordingly on Sunday and don't arrive late :) 

YES! You can still come to all of the clinics, the raffle, and the hangouts at the event. You just won’t be able to drink beer (obviously). There will be NA drinks and food at the event. 

Well behaved dogs are welcome to attend. There will be loud noises, lots of people, small children, and other dogs in attendance. Please plan accordingly.

There are usually food options on both Friday and Saturday night. If you want to play it safe, eat before you come down.
